A website needs a domain in order for it to work. The domain is the web address we usually enter into the URL bar example. www,appifiny.co.za. This is the computers way of finding a website on the internet. Domains are a paid for service and is usually registered to a owner.  

Yes we offer domain registration. if you do not have one we can get you one for the .co.za or .com sites and many more.

Yes, unless you plan on storing and running the website from your own personal computer or server, then you definitely need web hosting.  Web hosting is done on a vast array of servers to optimize for large amount of website visitors and high performance websites. The storage allocation is how much space your website is allocated on the hosting server. So larger websites with videos etc will require larger storage. Typically most website occupy less than 1000MB. This size grows as your number of webpages and content grows.

The Bandwidth is the amount of website visitor traffic in terms of data upload and download through our server. The more popular the site the more website bandwidth is needed. Ever wondered why websites fail during Black Friday sales, because this bandwidth becomes congested and too busy and the server  or website crashes.

A maintenance update is a single design or maintenance change to your website content. If it is a small typographical error , not to worry these changes dont count toward your  maintenance update for the month. However design changes , image changes , layout and any other major changes , means we need to do redesign and hence will be deducted from your maintenance quota for the month. We do offer maintenance packages in addition to your existing packages which are accessible through your client area. Note any changes made to your website by any persons other than appifiny developers will void all package included maintenance updates (excluding maintenance addon purchases) ! 

Yes you can, however if you do so , this will void our all maintenance updates you are entitled to and any fixes or changes required by us to do on your website will be a paid for service.

A custom email address is a way for us to allow you to create support and custom email addresses for your business and its employees.

An example would be if your business is books.co.za we can create a custom email for the employees example john.smith@books.co.za or a help@books.co.za and so on… total customization is up to you.

A digital presence is your business ,individual or brands identity on the internet. It is a way for people to find and identify with you. We provide the opportunity for us to set up the digital tools available to you to help your business or website be found.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO), is the technique of improving a websites ability in being found and referenced when google or other search engines are used. Based on the content of your website it is ranked and listed when a user searches specific words or content that is relevant to you. We offer basic optimization to ensure that it gets listed. 

If you are not happy you can cancel at any time. We charge on a monthly basis. If you cancel we take your website down unless you want us to improve on it. Note the domain you register with us will remain active for a 12months from purchase even if you cancel, so you are free to join us again at a later time within 12 months of cancelling.Totally up to you!

Note any refunds from cancellation does not apply to the months your website was up and running but only for the month in which you choose to stop hosting with us. We charge from the 1st of every month on a prorata basis

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your monthly packages at anytime. However if you chose a yearly package that is not possible. However our yearly packages offer much bigger discounts.

Yes we do. If you like to get your website online for cheaper opt in to our yearly packages . Pay upfront for a year and receive discounts. We also include special addons as part of our yearly packages.

We do also time to time offer specials opt in to our newsletter or mailing list to get notified.
